ChildSpeak Inc. offers comprehensive speech and language evaluations, individual and small group therapy, social communication skills training, and parent education. Treatment is available for the following: Autism Spectrum Disorders, Auditory Processing Disorders, Articulation and/or Phonological Disorders, Developmental Apraxia of Speech, Expressive and/or Receptive Language Delay/Disorder, Oral Motor Weakness, Specific Language Impairment, and Stuttering.

Stefanie Canter-Karp, M.S., CCC-SLP
Stefanie graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She received her Masters degree in Communicative Disorders from the California State University, Northridge. Mrs. Karp is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. She is trained in PECS, PROMPT, Links to Language, and has extensive experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication. Mrs. Karp spent two years at the University of California, Los Angeles, lecturing and seeing patients in the Autism Evaluation Clinic and the Early Childhood Partial Hospitalization Program. She has been in private practice since 2001. She is the proud mom of two young children.
Crystal Rose McGinnis
Early Childhood Education Specialist
Crystal has been an early childhood educator and administrator for over 10 years. She has extensive experience working in Los Angeles preschools and developing education curriculum for parents and children ages birth to five years old.
With a background in the arts, Crystal loves to incorporate music, dance, and imagination into her work with children. She also specializes in play-based developmental learning, sensory play experiences for young children,
as well as outdoor classroom and nature play.
